REPORT PURCHASE AGREEMENT & LIABILITY WAIVER

NOTICE TO CLIENT:
By signing or submitting this agreement, you (the client) acknowledge and accept all terms set forth below. This is a legally binding agreement intended to protect Zeus AI Intelligence Group LLC from liability, refund claims, and legal disputes. If you do not accept these terms, do not proceed with payment.

1. Nature of the Report
You understand and agree that the report being purchased is generated using proprietary artificial intelligence developed by Zeus AI Intelligence Group LLC. The system pulls and analyzes information from:

  • Public online sources

  • Paid third-party data providers

  • Licensed trade databases

  • AI-enhanced research tools

Due to the nature of these sources and the limitations of AI, including the possibility of inaccurate or outdated data, you acknowledge that some information may be incomplete, incorrect, or subject to AI hallucinations or misinterpretation. You accept this risk in full.

2. No Guarantees or Promises
Zeus AI Intelligence Group LLC does not and cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, legality, or business value of the information provided. You agree that:

  • No business outcomes are guaranteed

  • No contract opportunities are promised

  • No financial success or result is implied

This report is for informational purposes only. It is not legal, investment, or trade advice.

3. No Refunds, Reversals, or Chargebacks
All purchases are final. By signing this agreement, you confirm that:

  • You will not request a refund under any circumstance

  • You waive your right to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute

  • You accept that dissatisfaction with the content does not entitle you to compensation

Once payment is submitted and the report is delivered, no reimbursement will be provided.

4. Transfer of Responsibility to Buyer
You agree that you are purchasing this report as-is and that you accept all responsibility for any decisions made using the information provided. Zeus AI Intelligence Group LLC is not responsible for how the report is used or interpreted.

You confirm that you will perform your own due diligence before taking any action based on the report contents.

5. Legal Liability Waiver
By proceeding with the purchase, you fully release and waive Zeus AI Intelligence Group LLC, its owners, contractors, and affiliates from all:

  • Legal claims

  • Financial losses

  • Business consequences

  • Contract issues

  • Any liability of any kind arising from the use of the report

You agree that no action may be brought against the company in connection with this purchase.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This agreement is governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any legal dispute must be resolved solely in Duval County, Florida. If any part of this agreement is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

CLIENT DECLARATION

I have read and fully understood this agreement. I accept the risks, acknowledge the limitations of AI-generated information, and waive all rights to dispute or reverse payment. I agree to take full responsibility for any use of the report contents.
